Project: Bespoke Bathroom Vanity Cabinet Build – Leytonstone
For this project in Leytonstone, we built and fitted a compact under-sink vanity cabinet to transform a corner basin area into a cleaner, more practical setup. The aim was to hide exposed pipework, improve storage, and give the shower room a tidier, finished look—without taking up extra space.
The brief
The client wanted:
- A neat cabinet to conceal the waste and pipework
- A compact unit that suits the corner basin position
- Easy access for plumbing while keeping the bathroom looking tidy
- A simple, clean finish with a small handle/knob
What we did
- Measured the space and designed a custom cabinet carcass to fit neatly beneath the basin.
- Cut internal sections to allow for the trap and waste pipe while keeping usable storage.
- Built and installed the unit securely, ensuring it sat level and tight to the tiled walls.
- Fitted a door front with a clean white finish and wooden knob, creating a tidy, minimal look.
- Finished the edges neatly so the cabinet integrates well with the existing shower room layout.
Result
A smart, space-saving upgrade that makes the bathroom feel instantly more finished—pipework hidden, storage gained, and a clean vanity look that suits the compact corner area.
